How do I download the latest version of PowerShell from github? I’ve never used github before.

What is the exact link and what files do I need to download?

What folder should I put the files into?

Does it come with an installer or what exactly do I need to do?

I need specific and exact instructions and not simply a link with info on how to use github.

You don’t need to know how to use Git to use Github. For the purpose of installing PowerShell it’s just another website.
