Powershell Core 6 has been announced PowerShell Core 6.0: Generally Available (GA) and Supported! - PowerShell Team

in “What Is missing” Section I can see following:
“Executing Desired State Configuration (DSC) resources using PowerShell Core”

How does it correlate with the direction proposed earlier in the September announcement below?

This isn’t an official Microsoft forum, so if you’re after an official response, this is probably not the best place to ask.

Also bear in mind that the current release isn’t the final release - there will likely never be a final release. I’d expect to see “Missing” items filled in over time.
