Month_of_Lunches, both 3E and 4E, getting the Author's or Editor's attention

In an email to Manning.com it was suggested to use the respective LiveBook version as the best way for an Author or Editor to view a particular post. That is not going well on this end when using an up-to-date version of FireFox.

Which of the powershell.org forum’s are better suited for the Author’s\Editor’s to see concern’s in either of the aforementioned publication’s?
