Is there any cmdlet can manipulate caching size in windows 10.

In windows , I have 8GB RAM , I want to use 3GB RAM to cache HDD disk IO. I have search the internet for a few days, I still can’t find a free software to do that. PrimoCache is super good , but it’s commercial thing.

So I want to change the size of write caching by using cmdlet , but I also can not find any relative cmdlet.

Anyone can help ?

Bellow link shows me how to enable and disable write caching. but not showing me how to change the size of caching.
