DSC Resource kit wave 9 doesn't seem to load

I’m just starting to learn DSC. I dropped DSC Resource kit wave 9 folder, unzipped, into $env:programfiles\WindowsPowershell\Modules. However, Get-DSCResource doesn’t return any of the resources in this folder. The OS is 2012R2. I made sure that there were not alternate filestreams on the items.

Any ideas?
