Where can I find this option run Tests | Debug Tests

I am using VS Code. I did install pester extension, can anyone help me where can i can enable the below option for pester tests in VS Code.

I want the Run tests | debug tests enabled . Thank you.

I don’t have experiences with Pester but I used the words “VSCode Pester Run tests” to google it and this came up:
