I am a system admin and I wanted to be able to remotely use the cmdlets to create mailboxes and change passwords. but for some reason I cannot use the same method I can on the desktop due to a import-session error I have attached a screenshot as well
I don’t have a Surface to test this, but I suspect you may run into problems due to the fact that PowerShell sessions on Surface run in ConstrainedLanguage mode. It may not be possible to use the O365 module in that environment. See about_Windows_RT and about_Language_Modes.
