New-JobTrigger second tuesday of the month

Hello,

I want to create an ScheduledJob witch runs on the third tuesday of the month.
I don’t see any parameters to configure this.

I have created a scheduledjob, and than change it manual via the GUI. I don’t want to to this manual, because I have to go through at leased a 100 servers.
