I am trying to create a scheduled task with a trigger to use on reconnect. I can’t seem to find a way to add the Property to allow this.

Welcome to the forum. 
Not all possible options you have in the GUI are available with native PowerShell cmdlets. But you can still use the schtasks.exe ececutable and its command line options to create a scheduled task. Or you simply create a task with the GUI, export it to an XML file and use this as a template to create a scheduled task.
