Login to Az portal failed with PS. Help needed

Hi , I am trying to bypass passing the credentials while connecting to Azure portal, but it is throwing error. Can someone help me here. Thank you.

Connect-AzAccount -Credential $Credential -Tenant $Azconfig.TenantId -Subscription $Azconfig.SubscriptionId

The error tells you why. You can’t use personal accounts with ROPC, has to be a work or school tenant account
