ISE hang on startup

Hi everyone! In my organization we use folder redirection for user documents. If i add a module in my redirected user folder, then ISE hang on start with message “preparing modules for first use…”. If i manualy import same module from same network location it works fine.
Here’s another complaint about this issue, but the solution doesn’t work for me.
Please help me understand what could be the reason. Thanks in advance for any help!

Can you try opening ISE in Administrator mode and try ?

Yes of course. It did not help.

When you manually import is there any type of prompt or question you have to answer?

No. There are no additional messages or questions. If I start the console, the module is automatically loaded and commands from it are available.
