In short, I am looking for a way to “idiot proof” installing SW updates on an off network PC using Powershell and USB Drives.

I have several PCs that are off net and need to have Windows, Office, Adobe, and Antivirus updates installed. I would like to automate this process where a user will have USB drive with the necessary updates and a script to install them all automatically and silently.
I am very new to PowerShell, so I’m not sure where to start or if this is possible.
