How to read a JPGs XMP:rating with powershell?

Hello, I am trying to code some scripts to work with images, mainly to transfer tags between different groups of JPGs.

Now I have the problem that I cannot find a way to read the XMP:rating tag from a JPG. The program I am working with is saving it`s ratings to this tag, not to the EXIF:rating which I am able to read with Powershell.

So my questions is: Does anyone know how to read a JPGs XMP:rating tag?

Attached is a file which has a XMP:rating tag, but no EXIF:rating.
