How to change to different desktop theme with powershell.

Few days ago , I installed a new theme on my laptop from Microsoft store

And my laptop is in a domain environment.

When I tried to change my current desktop theme under personalize ,it’s not available to click on the new installed theme. Seems it’s limit by GPO.

I want to know whether I can change desktop theme by changing registry ,I can access registry by Registry Editor or Powershell , just do not know what keys I need to change.

Any one can tell me how? And how can I bypass GPO’ s limitation.

PS : windows version 1903

From a quick google the user keys are here:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes

If the domain admins have set a specific theme in a GPO it will be reverted within the default (IIRC) 15min.
