Hi I am not sure what happened but when I right click my .ps1 files, the run in powershell is not showing anymore. Can anyone help me out on how I can fix this. I might have installed something that could have caused this but does anyone know how I can get this back?
It’s a standard Windows file association - it lives in the registry. Not sure what your comfort level is; there are tools out there that can fix it for you, or you can search the register for .ps1 and fix it manually.
I think most of us just leave a shell window open most of the day, and run scripts by typing their filenames. Using a GUI to run a PowerShell script… seems dirty somehow :).
