Ftp + unpacking file

HI i need help i would like to create something like this:

  1. connect to ftp (user and pass) and download 1.zip file
  2. closing the FTP connection
  3. unpacking zip the file, keeping the dates of the files and copying\replacing them, for example: c:\1\folder\ (replacing old files)
