is it possible to make a auto key presser/clicker in PowerShell for a game/program that you can activate when the script is already running by a keyboard key without go to the PowerShell window?

Welcome to the forum. 
Even if it were - I’m not sure that it is - it would hard because it is not made for this kind of tasks. It would be way easier to a use tool where this functionality is built in.
You should take a look at AutohotKey or AutoIt. Both are able to do what you asked.
