User creation script windows server + Exchange Management Shell

Hi,

I have created an user-creation script that runs on Windows server in Powershell.

When the user has been created we have to open our Exchange server in order to activate the users mailbox. Is there anyway to start the Exchange management shell from my powershell session on the server that runs the script?
