I have encrypted files and want to view the advanced attributes and get the details of the user who has access to the file and add more users to have access in bulk. Can I get some help on this.
In GUI, I can see the details if I click on File Properties → Advanced → Details. A window opens showing “Users who can access this file” and I can add new users but want to do this in bulk with power shell. Thanks in advance.

This forum is for scripting questions rather than script requests. We do not write customized and ready to use scripts or solutions on request.
We actually expect you to make an own attempt at the first place to get your task done or to solve your problem. If you have done so already please document here what exactly you have done and show your code. Then we probably might be able to help you step further.
