Request: File resource should have Encoding parameter

Hi,

We’re using the built-in File resource, and it seems that the generated file (using the Contents parameter) always is encoded using UTF-8 with BOM. This is causing problems for us, since the BOM conflicts with a Java bug. It would be nice to have an Encoding parameter where you can specify the encoding of the generated file.
