Is there a ps1toexe-script that supports clear-host and read-host -assecure?

Not that I’m aware of. Keep in mind that those functions are implemented by the hosting application, not the PowerShell engine, so I may simply not have run across one that does. You can check with the folks at SAPIEN to see what features their script packager supports.
