Stupid question, but: How do I add picture to my profile on this website?

Avatars are drawn from whatever social media account you use to log in.
I have connected with LiveID with picture. I authorized Google and Twitter accounts also with pictures. But I don’t have nice picture of me 
The site will only pull from your primary login, which in your case would be Live. In some cases, it’s not able to retrieve the photo - there’s no workaround for that, unfortunately.
