Paper that makes argument for enabling PowerShell remoting

I’m pretty sure I remember somewhere in one of the PowerShell videos, on the Microsoft Virtual Academy site, mention of a paper that makes the argument for enabling PowerShell remoting. Does anyone have a link to that, or know of information that makes a convincing argument for turning it on? Thanks.

Other than the fact that it’s enabled by default on Server 2012 R2? Here you go:

It’s a little dated, but most of it is valid still. Ashley did an awesome job of putting this all together.

Also, if your security team allows you to use SCCM and won’t let you use WinRm they aren’t really doing their job well.

Thanks Will. Much appreciated.
