Outlook exchange rules in powershell

Hi. I neef help with powershell code . I need a code to automate outlook desktop app folders for common company email. Code which work like rules in outlook. But code get rules from excel file and apply to outlook desktop.

We receive everyday hundreds of emails in the inbox and all employees have their own folder and subfolders.

I want that when we receive email from specfic email addresses or contain specfic subj then it goes directly to the specfic folders or subfolders.
