I like to post a question in powershell q&a. I use google for my login.
Unfortunately the option to create a new topic is not there. And it says to register/login.
Choosing another forum does work.

It’s likely just a browser caching problem. Try refreshing the page when you’re viewing the Q&A forum, and it should start working.
