How to copy a row and paste it in the next row in the same excel sheet ?

I want to copy the second row of my excel sheet and paste it into the next 100 row how to do it ?

I’ve not tried this, only found it by googling

$Sheet1.Range('A1:D4').Copy($Sheet2.Range('E5'))
