GPO Firewall edit

I was curious if anyone has had any experience editing firewall rules through group policy, specifically block IP rules.

Scenario: I have a large text file full of IPs I would like to block in my AD environment. I would not like to go through and add all the items in the txt file manually, I would like to use the power of powershell to do so.

The current GPO cmdlets don’t allow you to modify GPO settings. The only way I know of doing that is the commercial SDM software offering - sdmsoftware.com
