Generally speaking, you shouldn’t try to monitor remote event logs. Instead, leverage Windows’ Event Log Forwarding functionality, and have your monitoring tools running on the server that’s receiving the logs.
Aside from that, this is a fairly vague request, and could grow into a very complex script depending on what you’re trying to do. It can be done, but there are also off-the-shelf software products that can be used, rather than custom scripts.
Sounds like you just need SCOM.
