Create new Web Part Page on Sharepoint 2010 using PowerShell script

Hi,

I’m new to PowerShell and Sharepoint, my company uses SharePoint 2010, PS v. 1, I need to build a script to create new Web Part pages and place them in the right library.
So far, I didn’t find anything on this topic, could anyone help me out?
