Welcome to the new PowerShell Community Forums.

Here are a few quick tips to help you get started:
First, you will need to claim your account. We migrated all the usernames and email addresses from the old forums.

After you have claimed we suggest you head over to preferences and set your theme (dark vs light) and set up any SSO if you wish to do so.

Users who had reached a rank of “Community Hero” or higher on the old forum may be promoted to Trust Level 2. There is an explanation of Discourse trust levels here: [Understanding Discourse Trust Levels](https://blog.discourse.org/2018/06/understanding-discourse-trust-levels/)

If you would like this promotion, please send me a direct message ( **do not** reply to this thread) with a link to your old profile, such as:

This will be available until the old forum database is removed (and the old profiles become inaccessible).

If you miss this, don’t worry too much. You can achieve higher trust levels simply by participating in the forum (details in the link above).
