SkypeOnlineConnector use cases

Hello,

I’m working on a project that requires an interface to the Microsoft SkypeOnlineConnector module and I’m wondering what my options are to use that module. Does anyone know if there is a way to manage Skype for Business Online settings (Voice Routes, PSTN Usages) outside of Powershell on Windows? I would love a web API but I am not getting my hopes up. Disclaimer - I am a total noob with Powershell. I spend most of my time creating web apps on *nix systems and I’m trying to figure out how I can integrate those systems into this workflow.
