Andrew,
Welcome to the forum. 👋🏽

Did you try to google it?

Please read the help completely including the examples to learn how to use it.

That doesn’t seem to answer my question about MachinePolicy or UserPolicy Execution. How can I change either of them?

Re-read the help please and pay special attention to the parameter `-Scope`.

Take a look to the examples.

Thank you very much. So, is there anything I need to do in Group Policy Editor other than turn on script execution? Also, if I set Machinepolicy in Group Policy Editor to Unrestricted, will I see that when I type Get-executionpolicy -list in PowerShell?

You did not mention yet that you want to do it with GPOs. Please keep in mind we cannot see your screen and we cannot read your mind. So you have to provide us with all needed information explicitly. 👆🏽

There is an easy way to find GPOs …

… or even more specific:

There is an easy way to figure that out … try it. 😉 … it will not hurt you. 🤷🏽‍♂️
