Purchase MOL 3 DVD?

Is the DVD referenced in the old Learn PowerShell in a Month of Lunches 3.0 still available for purchase either via or download? The link on morelunches.com goes to CBT Nuggets but search there indicates it’s not there.

Or is there a newer edition of the text that I’m not seeing? I’m starting from scratch and I’ll appreciate any resource references in addition to the help system.
