PowerShell V4 build 6.3.9600.17400

I need to update my Windows 2012 R2 to PowerShell V4 build 6.3.9600.17400. This version has a lot of updates in PowerShell DSC. I notice localLCM and some commands are different from build 6.3.9600.17090. I know that KB3000850 will get to that build but it is a roll up updates. Does anyone know which KB exactly would get me to there?

Microsoft usually recommends using a rollup when one is available, because they often have the benefit of more regression testing. They often remove individual updates once they’re available in a rollup.

I had the KB I thought was it, but that’s now been removed and is redirecting to '850.
