Powershell command to Update the NOTES field of a DL in the CLOUD.

Hi,

How do I update the NOTES field of a DL in the (O365) CLOUD. Is there a powershell command.
Keep in mind that the DLs are created on-prem and then synced to the cloud, although the NOTES field does not sync.
Also we have a Hybrid environment.
