Get network devices with Vendor names from arp cache

I posted this to reddit and thought surely there are people on powershell.org that don’t use reddit. I think people could find this useful so I am sharing here as well. I really don’t feel like adjusting it all for the format here, so please feel free to check out the post on reddit or just grab the function from github.
