# Direct and security group license assignment report

Good morning,
I am new to this forum and also not a script person. I was told to find users with Direct license and security group license assignments in O365. I have no clue on how to go about it. I am sure there are scripts that have done this before. If you don’t mind sharing that script, I will really appreciate it.

Since this forum is generally about giving help with code you are trying to write, rather than providing completed PowerShell code, I would encourage you to work through that example, so some research, and see if you can make sense of it. Come back and provide the code you have and ask questions, and we will be happy to help you enhance or refine the code.
I would also encourage you to use this as a learning opportunity. Learning PowerShell is likely to enhance your employment opportunities and job enjoyment. You will always benefit from learning to code, far beyond those who prefer using a mouse to do their work 🙂
