Clear-DnsClientCache behavior

Clear-DnsClientCache clears DNS cache entries of a DNS windows service.

What I don’t know, is that DNS cache local per Windows user or is there only a single DNS cache on system?

Thus I suppose Clear-DnsClientCache does the same job in either elevated PS or not but I’m not sure.

DNS cache is held in memory. When you issue the command the entire system DNS cache is cleared.
