allow internal users to accept emails from a specific domain

i want to allow all internal users to accept any email that is sent from domain say test.com.

e.g
my domain is mydomain.com and i want to allow testuser@mydomain.com to receive from all users having domain externaldomain.com.

I might be wrong, but I think you’re looking for an exchange forum or something simlilar
